Feel overloaded and under-fed? Fed-up with advice from people who don’t understand? People use the word obese and you cringe. More troublesome is after you do lower you weight level, more comes on- a familiar pattern that needs changing for you to be who and what you want.
It is astounding, the more you worry about your weight being too much the more your body puts weight on. It is simple really. What we concentrate on happens. Worry about ‘too much’ or ‘too little’ makes sure we will keep having too much or too little wherever our thoughts focus. i.e. can’t sleep, high debt, poor health, overweight, underweight…..
