Saying No to Hay Fever

If you suffer from hayfever or sinusitis you know it comes suddenly and rapidly. It debilitates you just when you were feeling especially good. If it is seasonal attacks at least you know it will pass as the season does. If you are sensitive to hayfever it can call at any time. It may be dust in the air from many kilometers/miles away or a sudden change in atmospheric pressure at a stressful time for you that sets it off.

Best Natural Ways to Improve Your General Health

Oxygen, clean water, green leafy and yellow-orange vegetables!

These three recommendations were the first to come up consistently as recommendations when I first began doing medical intuitive readings many years ago.

I pondered over why these were always given as the most important recommendations. It seemed too simple!

In the 1980’s anti-oxidants (the vegetables) and the breath and water were not mainstream concerns and practising qigong was certainly not in vogue (if you had even heard of it!).

For years now I have found the glandular system, especially the thyroid gland comes up with a high frequency in the profiles. I read information ahead of what may physically measurable at the time. I am aware that tiredness may be our first warning that the thyroid gland, our metaboliser, is tiring; overworked and depleted of nutrients.
